Analysis of the status and problems about scientific research incentive scheme in disease prevention and control institutions
摘要
Abstract
With the continuous development of society,the mobility of the population continues to increase,and the position of disease prevention and control institutions in the public health field has become increasingly important. How to improve scientific research capabilities of disease prevention and control agencies is an urgent problem to be solved. By combing incentive schemes in hospitals,universities and scientific research institutes,the article summarizes some common indicators and the existing problems. Focusing on key issues,from the perspective of establishing the indicators and incentive scheme,etc.,some understandings are elaborated in order to provide the theory basis for decision makers.关键词
