医疗保险报销多准则决策支持系统的初步构建
Initial construction of decision support system assisting multi-criteria decision-making for medical insurance reimbursement
摘要
Abstract
Objective The multi-criteria decision support system for the development of medical insurance reimbursement provides a platform for decision-makers and the public to support evidence-informed decision-making and evidence sharing. Methods Through the literature analysis,interviews,panel discussion and expert consultation,a general framework for multi-criteria decision-making support was designed,and a decision-making support system was constructed based on Java 2 platform. Results The framework of decision-making support,which consisted of three criteria and nine sub-criteria,was established. The business process,function design and architecture of the system were clarified and the multi-criteria decision-making support function of reimbursement of medical insurance was implemented. Conclusion The system provides an online scientific decision-making support tool for medical insurance policymakers,which can promote the decision transformation of evidence. The function of information exchange and evidence sharing helps to realize the transparency of the recommendation and decision-making evidence.关键词
