基础振动下液压锁紧回路背压阀的选型方法
Selection method of hydraulic lock circuit counterbalance valve with foundation vibration

Abstract
Focused on the impactof counterbalance valve on lock circuit's dynamic characteristic in vibration environment, the simulation models for three kinds of lock circuits with the throttle valve, sequence valve and balance valve which are used as counterbalance valve were established, and experimentally verified. A curve was obtained showing the foundation vibration and load influence on hydraulic cylinder speed, by comparing the effects of counterbalance valve under the condition of no load, constant load and variable load on lock circuit's dynamic characteristic. The results show that compared to using balance valve as counterbalance valve, using throttle valve and sequence valve has a better stability under the condition of vibration environment in constant load and with the variable load between 0?90 kN, but balance valve has better stability when alternate load and the variable load is larger than 100 kN. New method provides a reference for counterbalance valve selection in lock circuit.关键词
