摘要

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the existing experimental testing technology, the process analysis technology of near infrared (NIR) was introduced into the field of two-phase flow measurement. The influence of light guide pipe on flow field was analyzed by using fluent software simulation, and sensor that measured liquid film parameters was designed based on NIR absorption technology. According to the principle of NIR spectral absorption, power spectrum for frequency measurement, the cross-correlation algorithm for velocity measurement, the measurement of liquid film thickness and wave characteristics of gas-liquid annular flow were achieved. The results show that the sensor has many characteristics, such as non-contact, wide applicable scope, which can effectively reflect the thickness of local liquid film with the change of sampling time, and accurately measure the wave parameters. A reliable experimental measuring method for the gas-liquid flow study of mass and heat transfer and flow features is provided.
