摘要

Abstract

Considering that serpentine has high zero-point, and it is easy to cause heterogeneous condense among copper sulfide in nickel sulfide, a new idea was presented, which selected the adjusting agent to change the electrical property of serpentine based on the charge mechanism of the surface of serpentine. A class of agents that could react with Mg(OH)2 on the surface of serpentine was chosen, and the product with low solubility in the light of solution chemistry results was produced, which could reduce the surface potential of the serpentine by reducing the Mg2+exposed on the surface of serpentine. The effects of NaF on the surface potential of serpentine and mechanism were investigated by zeta-potential measurements, sedimentation tests, adsorption tests, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and dissolution tests. According to the results of XPS, the narrow scanning of magnesium on the surface of serpentine was fitted. The results show that F-ions with mass fraction of 61.93% can be adsorbed on the surface of the serpentine stably, which makes the binding energy of the dissolved serpentine decrease by 0.1 eV, and the isoelectric point pH of serpentine reduces to 3.5. There is a new peak of MgF2on the effect of NaF. Serpentine and pyrrhotite phase disperse.
