酸枣仁-五味子药对在中医方剂中的应用规律分析
Application Law of Suanzaoren-Wuweizi in TCM
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application law of the herb pair of Suanzaoren( Semen Zizyphi Spinosae) and Wuwei-zi( Fructus Schizandrae Chinensis) . Methods:242 formulae contained the herb pair of Suanzaoren-Wuweizi were re-trieved from Dictionary of TCM Formulae and Chinese Pharmacopoeia, as well as from TCM database. The dose ratio of Suanzaoren to Wuweizi, herbal processing conditions, and corresponding applications of the herb pair were analyzed. Results:The dose ratio of Suanzaoren to Wuweizi was mainly 1:1 or 2:1 , which account for 35 . 95％ and 10 . 74％ re-spectively in the 242 formulae. The applications of the herb pair were mainly in the internal medicine diseases, which was 85. 12％; especially for cardiac disease, which was 30. 58％. The processing conditions of Suanzaoren included raw-use and stir-fried, which were 46. 31％ and 53. 69％ respectively;whereas, for Wuweizi, there were a variety of processing conditions with raw-use playing a leading role, and the frequency was 87. 19％. Conclusion:The applica-tion law of Suanzaoren-Wuweizi was studied comprehensively by using statistical frequency analysis in this study. It will provide a theoretical basis for related experimental study and clinical application.关键词
