麻黄定喘汤和鹿茸大补汤的急性毒性研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the acute toxicity of Mahuang Dingchuan Decoction and Lurong Dabu Decoction in mice to evaluate their safety. Methods:50 Kunming mice were given medications through gavage administration. LD50 was too large to caculate in the preliminary experiment. 100 times dose of clinical adult dosage was applied to mice, i. e. for Mahuang Dingchuan Decoction, it was 23000 mg·kg-1; for Lurong Dabu Decoction, it was 26000 mg·kg-1; the control group was given normal saline with dose of 10 ml·kg-1 . Body status, mental state, body mass, and food intake were observed in mice for continuous 7 days. After 7 days of observation, the mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation method. Samples of brain, liver, spleen, lung, and kidney were weighed to calculate organ coefficient. The tissues of mice were examined by biochemical detection to measure the activities of glutamic - oxalacetic transaminase and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase. The data were compared in the three groups. Results: The acute toxicity test showed no symptoms of poisoning, no animal death, and the mice showed normal appearance. There were no significant differences among three groups ( P >0 . 05 ) . Conclusion: Mahuang Dingchuan Decoction and Lurong Dabu Decoction have high safety, which can be both applied in clinic with right amount.关键词
