中药加味理肠饮对腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠SP、VIP、CORT含量的影响
Effect of Modified Jiawei Lichang Yin on SP, VIP and CORT in IBS Rats of Diarrhea Type
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of modified Jiawei Lichang Yin on the contents of SP, VIP and CORT in IBS rats of diarrhea type( IBS-D) and its influence to pathological changes of colon. Methods: IBS-D model was estab-lished by the method of water avoidance stress( WAS) , tail clamping and Folium Sennae intervention. The normal rats were taken as the blank control. Contents of SP, VIP and CORT were tested by Elisa method, and the pathological changes of rats' colon by HE dying after 28 days of medication. Results:The levels of SP, VIP and CORT were signifi-cantly increased after modeling compared to those of the control group ( P <0 . 05 ); they were down -regulated after treatment in all medication groups, except for the low-dose TCM group(P<0. 05);of which, the middle-dose TCM group showed the most obvious change(P<0. 01). There was no obvious morphological changes in the colon tissue in IBS-D rats after medication. Conclusion:The middle-dose of modified Jiawei Lichang Yin is effective for IBS-D, which mechanism is related to regulating the expressions of SP, VIP and CORT.关键词
