消异方对行冻融胚胎移植的子宫内膜异位症患者孕激素受体及妊娠结局影响的研究
Effect of Xiaoyi Formula on Progesterone Receptor and Pregnancy Outcome in Endometriosis Patients with FET
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effective target of Xiaoyi Formula in terms of progesterone receptor( PR) , and to ex-plore the effects of Xiaoyi Formula on endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcome in endometriosis patients with fro-zen-thawed embryo transfer(FET). Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into the Xiaoyi Formula group(n=30), the placebo group(n=30), and the blank control group(n=30). PR expression of the endometrium was detected in the three groups during non-embryo transfer cycle, and pregnancy outcomes were compared among the three groups during embryo transfer cycle. Results:There were no significant differences in age, infertile years and body mass index among the three groups(P>0. 05). There were no significant differences in the thickness of endometrium on the third day of menstruation and during implantation window, and no difference in count of A -type endometrium among the three groups(P>0. 05). PR expression in endometrium of implantation window was significantly lower in the Xiaoyi Formula group than that in the placebo group and in the blank control group(P<0. 05). Embryo implantation rate and the clinical pregnancy rate were both higher in Xiaoyi Formula group than those in the placebo group and in the blank control group(P<0. 05). Conclusions:Xiaoyi Formula can decrease PR expression of the endometrium in endometriosis patients with FET, and it can increase endometrial receptivity and promote embryo implantation, so as to improve the pregnancy outcome.关键词
