Intestinal Absorption Model of Component of Chinese Medicinal: Its Research Progress and Reflection
摘要
Abstract
Chinese medicinal has the characteristic of complex chemical composition and it is difficult to analyze. Active constituents screening in the complex system of TCM from the aspects of methods and technologies has become a hot top-ic in recent years. The combination of intestinal absorption spectrum, medicine spectrum, and pharmacodynamics spec-trum can quickly and easily select and optimize the active ingredients of Chinese medicinal. At present, intestinal ab-sorption is mainly used to study monomer, single Chinese medicinal, and TCM compound formula. This article de-scribed domestic and foreign models of intestinal absorption of TCM ingredients in recent years, it summarized the appli-cability of various methods, and discussed their shortcomings;which provided reference for relative study of the screen-ing of active constituents of Chinese materia medica. It also provided reference for the discovery of new Chinese medici-nal and the rational use of it.关键词
