参景固本方抗衰老及调节血脂作用研究
Effect of Shenjing Guben decoction on aging and regulating blood lipid

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Shenjing Guben decoction on D-galactose induced subacute aging rats.Methods 60 rats were randomly divided into the normal control group, the model group, the low, middle, high dose group of Shenjing Guben decoction and Jingui Shenqi pill group. There were 6 groups in total, 10 rats in each group. All rats were injected D-galactose (at the dose of 125 mg/kg) at their subcutaneous tissue of nape, except the rats in normal control group. Comparing the treatment of Shenjing Guben decoction with the treatment of Jingui Shenqi pill, we need to measure the rate of liveweight growth, the index of thymus and spleen and to determine the content of MDA and T-SOD in brain tissue and the changes of blood lipid content.Results The index of thymus and spleen of Shenjing Guben decoction was significantly increased, compared with the model group, the difference is statistically significant group(P<0.05,P<0.01); Compared with the modelgroup, the activity of SOD of Shenjing Guben decoction middle dose group was significantly increased (P<0.05), the content of MDA of Shenjing Guben decoction high dose group was significantly reduced and the activity of SOD was significantly increased (P<0.01); Compared with the model group, the content of HDL-C of Shenjing Guben decoction medium dose group was significantly reduced. (P<0.01), the content of T-CHO of Shenjing Guben decoction high dose group was significantly increased (P<0.01) and the content of HDL-C was significantly reduced P<0.01). Conclusion Shenjing Guben decoction have antioxidation and senile-resistant function, and have a certain effect on improving the balance of blood lipid.关键词
