人参蛋白的提取和体外免疫调节活性研究
Extraction of ginseng proteins and immunomodulation activities in vitro
摘要
Abstract
Objective To extract the proteins from ginseng, and investigate the immunomodulation activities on mouse. Methods The protein content was determined by lowry method, and the subunit molecular weight distribution of the ginseng proteins was determined by SDS-PAGE. The effects of ginseng protein on phagocytosis of macrophages RAW264.7 were determined, to stimulate the production of NO content, to release of PGE2, TNF-α to investigate the immune activity of macrophages.Results The protein content of ginseng proteins was 1.95 mg/mL by lowry method, the subunit molecular weight was from 8kD to 66kD. ginseng proteins can enhance macrophage phagocytosis, release of immune factors to enhance the macrophage immune activity.关键词
