摘要

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the quality of Forsythiae Fructus by assessing contents of forsythin and forsythoside A resulted from different methods which include steam, boiling water and flat dry. Provide guidance for producing area processing and quality control of medicinal materials.Methods By using HPLC, 10 samples collected in Lingchuan, Shanxi Province and Huixian, Henan Province were studied. R program was utilized to do statistical analysis regarding index components of this herbal medicine.Results Flat dry method performed poorly concerning forsythin contents. However the other two approaches provided products with contents several folds higher than the requirements in Pharmacopoeia of People Republic of China (Abbreviated Chinese Pharmacopeia).Conclusion The processing of forsythia forsythia producing area can be used as a substitute for steaming and shaving, and the content of active ingredients in forsythia suspensa can be reduced greatly, which seriously affects the quality of medicinal materials.
