朱佳运用益气养阴法治疗肺癌术后
ZHU Jia adopts the method of reinforcing qi and nourishing yin to cure post-operative lung cancer
摘要
Abstract
Professor ZHU Jia believes that the pathogenesis of lung cancer belongs to the deficiency of Ben and repletion of Biao, while the pathogenesis of post-operative lung cancer is mainly due to qi and yin deficiency. Therefore, he pays special attention to reinforcing qi and nourishing yin, and also to remove blood stasis and regulate liver. In terms of medication, Astragalus mongholicus, ophiopogon root, the root of straight ladybell, etc. are used to reinforce qi and nourish yin; Pinellia ternata, rhizoma arisaematis, the bulb of fritillary, etc. are employed to eliminate phlegm and dampness; the root of Chinese thorowax, dried tangerine or orange peel, radix curcumae, etc. are utilized to smooth qi activity; turtle shell and tortoise shell are applied to soften hardness and dissipate stagnation. In the treatment of complications, to stop bleeding, relieve pain, reduce perspiration and ease constipation should be paid attention.关键词
