艾灸联合神阙穴贴敷改善肝硬化腹水
Study on the effect of moxibustion combined with acupoint sticking apply to improve ascites of liver cirrhosis

Abstract
Objectives To investigate the efficacy of the combination of moxibustion and acupoint application Shenque point on liver cirrhosis with ascites.Methods According to the order of admission, 90 patients with ascites were divided into 3 groups, group A using moxibustion, group B using acupoint application, while group C using the combination of the 2 methods.Results After intervention, the body weight, abdominal circumference and urine volume were improved in the three groups (P<0.01). T test showed that there was no significant difference between group A and group b (P>0.05), but group C was superior to group A in body weight, abdominal circumference and urine volume (allP<0.05). The effective rate of symptom improvement in group C (96.7％) was higher than that in group B 2 (P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with Shenque point application can improve ascites of liver cirrhosis and relieve symptoms.关键词
