祛斑养颜汤治疗黄褐斑
Quban Yangyan decoction in the treatment of cloasma
摘要
Abstract
Objectives To observe the clinical curative effect of Quban Yangyan decoction in the treatment of cloasma.Methods The patients with chloasma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 80 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with oral freckle Quban Yangyan decoction, control group was treated with Reduced Glutathione Tablets.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.86％, and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.97％. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Quban Yangyan decoction in the treatment of chloasma, can soothing the liver and tonifying spleen. tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation, nourishing the blood and invigorate the circulation of blood , improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
