Application of narrative nursing model in intervention of anxiety, depression and job burnout among nurses in emergency department
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of narrative nursing mode in anxiety, depression and job burnout of emergency nurses.Methods A total of two nurses working in A and B in three emergency departments of a grade a hospital in Jilin province were selected as the research objects. The A and B were randomly divided into treatment experimental group and control group, experimental group nurses in addition to accept the head nurse management also received daily routine nursing care specialist nursing intervention narrative narrative, for a period of 3 months; the control group only received routine nursing management mode of management, for a period of 3 months. Before and after the intervention, the anxiety and depression scale and Burnout Inventory were used to evaluate and compare the two groups of nurses in emergency department.Results After the intervention, compared with the control group, the anxiety, depression and job burnout of the experimental group were significantly reduced, the intervention effect was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing model can eff ectively reduce the anxiety, depression and job burnout of nurses in emergency department, help to stimulate their potential, improve work enthusiasm, stabilize the team of nurses, and improve the quality of clinical nursing.关键词
