中医情志护理联合穴位按摩对消防官兵心理健康状况的影响
Influence of Chinese medicine's emotion nursing combined with acupoint massage on the mental health of fire officers and soldiers

Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of traditional Chinese medicine emotion nursing combined with acupoint massage on the mental health of officers and soldiers of fire brigade.Methods A total of 100 fire fighting officers and soldiers (all male) were randomly selected from Changchun city district and divided into control group and observation group with 50 in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention. Observation group adopted acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing method based on the method of control group. The changes of mental health and quality of life in two groups of firefighters were assessed before and 1 month after the intervention.Results The observation group after the implementation of the intervention, SAS, SDS scores were significantly lower than the control group, the SF-36 score of the fire officers and soldiers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine emotional care combined with acupoint massage can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of fire fighting officers and soldiers, and significantly improve the quality of life and satisfaction of fire officers and soldiers.关键词
