Perioperative systematic nursing in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis by unilateral approach for bilateral decompression under the whole spinal endoscope

Abstract
Objective To analyze the perioperative systematic nursing effect in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis by unilateral approach for bilateral decompression under the whole spinal endoscope.Methods From January 2015 to February 2017, 80 patients diagnosed as lumbar spinal stenosis treated in the orthopedic of our hospital were enrolled. According to the order of hospitalization, patients were divided into 2 groups randomly: 42 cases in the control group and 38 cases in the experimental group. The control group was given the routine nursing, and perioperative systematic nursing was given to the experimental group.Results The VAS of Waist, lower extremity and ODI scores were significantly reduced in both groups postoperation (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the control group was 64.3％ and that of the observation group was 84.2％. The observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion After treating lumbar spinal stenosis by unilateral approach for bilateral decompression under the whole spinal endoscope, given the perioperative systematic nursing could obviously improve the postoperative efficacy and improve patient's satisfaction.关键词
