Bakri hemostatic balloon combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To objective the clinical effect of Bakri hemostasis balloon combined integrated nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 82 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital were studied and were divided into control group (n = 41) and observation group (n= 41) according to the treatment method. The control group was given Bakri hemostasis balloon combined routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given integrated nursing intervention on this basis. The clinical efficacy, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative 24 h blood loss and hemoglobin level were compared between the two groups. The menorrhagia and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.24％, which was higher than control group (80.49％) (P<0.05). The intraoperative blood volume, blood volume and hemoglobin level 24 h after operation were lower than those of control group (P<0.05). The postpartum duration of lochia was shorter than that of control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05), and the observation group was slightly lower than the control group.Conclusion Bakri hemostasis balloon combined with integrated nursing intervention is beneficial to improve the effective treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, reduce blood volume, reduce the incidence of complications, and make the woman recover early.关键词
