胶艾汤的临床应用进展
Clinical application progress of Jiaoai decoction
摘要
Abstract
Jiaoai decoction was first recorded in Synopsis of Golden Chamber, which is the main treatment for common vaginal bleeding, vaginal bleeding after abortion and vaginal bleeding with abdominal pain during pregnancy. It inherited the thought "Provided the treatment is aimed at the etiology, even if pregnant woman use the toxic drugs, it won't damage the fetus" of Inner Canon of Huangdi, first use the drugs which can promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis in fetal diseases. And aiming at the pathogenesis of deficient cold of Chong Ren,Jiaoai decoction combines the invigorators and activating blood drugs together to nourish the blood and stop the bleeding. Modern experts according to study the prescription characteristics of Jiaoai decoction, use it to treat menopathy, gestational diseases, puerperal diseases, miscellaneous diseases of women and some other hemorrhagic diseases of liver blood disorder, deficiency cold stagnation or blood-deficiency. It embodies the traditional Chinese medicine's treatment of treating different diseases with same method.关键词
