摘要

Abstract

Considering that piezoelectric energy harvesting device used for state monitoring of shearer could not change natural frequency in real-time according to changes of external excitation frequency,a king of piezoelectric energy har-vesting device for state monitoring of shearer adaptive to external excitation frequency was studied. Mathematical model establishment,finite element simulation of natural frequency and experimental study were conducted on piezoe-lectric energy harvesting device with adjustable frequency. Results showed that:with focus changes of cantilever beam of piezoelectric energy harvesting device,excitation frequency corresponding to maximum of power generation of piezo-electric energy harvesting device changed constantly. Piezoelectric energy harvesting device adaptive to external exci-tation frequency could control frequency range from 7 Hz to 55 Hz. Output power of various piezoelectric energy har-vesting devices installed anywhere of shearer could be about 300 mW by piezoelectric energy harvesting device adap-tive to external excitation frequency. Piezoelectric energy harvesting device adaptive to external excitation frequency could adjust excitation frequency at different positions when shearers were under operation to keep stable power supply for monitoring device.
