铁酸锌气体传感器的制备及丙酮气敏特性的研究
The Preparation and Gas Properties of Zinc Ferrite to Acetone
摘要
Abstract
ZnFe2O4 nanosphere powder and nanosheet-Assembled ZnFe2O4 Hollow powder were synthesized by the hydrothermal method. The phase constitution of these powder was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The mor-phology of the powder is characterized by scanning electron microscopy( SEM) . The gas properties of two kinds of nanophase material to acetone gas is investigated through the test platform in laboratory. The nanosheet-Assembled ZnFe2O4 Hollow based sensor shows enhanced sensing properties to acetone,comparing with ZnFe2O4 nanosphere. It exhibits higher sensing response and faster response/recovery time in detection range(0.8×10-6~500×10-6). Be-sides The nanosheet-Assembled ZnFe2O4 Hollow based sensor has high linearity,stability and selectivity.关键词
