摘要

Abstract

Chemical composition, reducibility and softening - dripping testing of different titaniferous burdens were studied. The results showed although the normal protecting burden has a higher titanium content, its lower iron content has a great effect on the grade of the composite burden. Reducibility of the different titanium mineral resources has a large difference, reducibility of Ti bearing pellet - B is the highest one(80. 58% ), which would be beneficial to the running - condition of BF. Result of the softening - dripping testing of the comprehensive burden showed the S - value of the Ti bearing pellet B is lowest. According to chemical composition, reducibility and softening - dripping testing of the comprehensive burden, the Ti bearing pellet B is an optimum titanium - bearing charge on blast furnace protection.
