抽风式预热过程浸入式水口升温特性研究
Temperature - rising characteristics of submerged entry nozzle in the preheating process with deflating

Abstract
Taken the preheating apparatus with deflating of waste heat in a plant in China as a prototype, a numerical model was established. By using method of finite volume, a fluid-solid coupling calculation was conducted for thenozzle preheating process. Changes of nozzle preheating temperature with preheating time and pressure difference in inlet and outlet were studied. Relationship between preheating quality and the pressure difference was analysed. The results showed that the temperature-rising curves at nozzle neck are close to linear at the first 30 minutes, while the temperature rising rate decreases gradually with the preheating process; pressure difference has a great effect on preheating quality of submerged entry nozzle. The higher the pressure difference is, the higher the temperature at key points is, the axial temperature gradient is lower and temperature distribution is more reasonable.关键词
