The optimization of the multi-modal express logistics service network under low-carbon economy

Abstract
How to achieve low-carbon operation in the express industry is an important issue requiring investigation. Based on the analysis of the domestic and international express logistics operation and its network optimization research, this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the different transport modes by excavating the basic topology characteristics of express logistics network. The decision-making model for the optimization of the multi-modal express logistics network was then constructed from the perspective of low carbon economy. The optimization model considered external costs of CO2 emissions and limit logistics operation capacity in the logistics operation process. In view of the characteristics of the model, a solving algorithm was designed based on the genetic algorithm, and a simple example was given to validate the constructed model and the designed algorithm.关键词
