基于覆盖理论的铁路救援列车部署方案研究
Deployment schemes for securing trains based on covering theory
摘要
Abstract
This essay is based on the characteristics of Chinese railway and the emergencies of railway. In addition, previous studies on the covering location problem were combined. According to the theory of arc covering, covering decline and arc covering theory of time satisfactory, a plan to locate securing trains was designed based on time satisfaction and maximum coverage rate. A function of railway rescuing time satisfaction was and constructed the related coefficient was obtained by method of least squares. Considering combined coverage rate from different ways, weights for every line and node of railway net was assigned, and a locating model was built with the consideration of maximum time satisfaction and maximum coverage rate. Lagrangian relaxation algorithm was used to solve the problem. Finally, this paper tested the effectiveness of the model with the data from a railway network of Lanzhou Railway Administration. The model and method presented in this paper can offer reference for the railway operators when designing deployment schemes for securing trains.关键词
