Abstract
The microstructure and mechanical properties of A6N01 aluminum alloy pulse cold metal transfer (P-CMT) welded joints are observed and analyzed by OM,microhardness and tensile testers.The results show that the weld of P-CMT welded joint is a typical dendritic crystal cast structure.The side of bond close to the weld is a columnar crystal structure,while the side close to the substrate is an equiaxed grain structure.The softening zone of heat affected zone about 10mm from the center of the weld.The average tensile strength of welded joints is 203 MPa,and the average elongation after fracture A60 is 11.09%.The weld zone and the softening zone of the HAZ are the weak links of the welded joint.关键词
