Abstract
Pressure vessels with quick opening closure are widely used in chemical,aerospace,medical,natural gas and other industrial fields.Quick opening closure is the key equipment for the gas pipeline,and is subject to foreign markets for a long time,which seriously impacts on the present development of China's nature gas industry.Especially,foreign companies have a monopoly on the high-pressure and large-diameter quick opening closure in the international market.In 2015,successful trial production of localization of quick opening closure broke the foreign monopoly.As the increasing domestic demands of quick opening closure,the welding deformation and leakage problems of quick opening closure and pressure vessel shell are increasing.By summarizing years of welding experience of quick opening closure equipment,measures such as drawing up the welding instructions,welder getting a certificate,the prevention and control of welding deformation are adopted and obtain a good effect,which can provide reference and reference for peers.关键词
