Abstract
Different conductive agents were added to NiCl2 solution,mixed with electrolyte and coated on the foam Ni substrate,and the NiCl2 thin-film positive electrode was prepared.Adding graphene,carbon nanotubes and high specific surface area active carbon can increase discharge voltage,the mixed conductive agent can increase the 100 mA/cm2 constant discharge voltage to 2.36 V at 450 ℃ and 100 mA/cm2,and the discharge specific capacity can reach 211.8 mAh/g at cut-off voltage of 1.8 V.When the thermal battery prototype discharges at 1 A and under room temperature,the cell voltage is up to 2.53 V,and the activation time is 0.33 s.Preliminary studies indicate that NiCl2 added carbon conductive agent can not only improve the conductivity,but also shorten the activation time,and the operation method can be simple.关键词
