摘要

Abstract

This article mainly introduced the erroneous trigger's problem of MOSFET magnetic insulation drive circuit in on-satellite DC-DC power and gived a solution.According to the applying and the characteristic of the MOSFET in on-satellite DC-DC power,magnetic insulation drive circuit is always used.But it is a problem that Pseudo drive pulse which caused by the capacitance energy release lead to MOSFET misleading.Through the analysis of the energy of capacitance release circuit,a corresponding measure is taken to restrain the pseudo drive pulse.The experiment result shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.
