摘要

Abstract

TiO2:Ce3+/Y3+ film was prepared by sol-gel method ,coating on the dye-sensitized solar cell photoanodes (DSSCs) to form a barrier layer.TiO2 : Ce3+/Y3+ powders were characterized by fluorescence spectroscopy and X ray diffraction (XRD).Fluorescence spectra showed that TiO2 :Ce3+/Y3+ powders could emit 642 nm wavelength of visible light under 471 nm wavelength light.J-V curves showed that the current density of cells has been improved and the photoelectric conversion efficiency increased from 2.94% to 3.66% when the total content of Ce3+/Y3+was 3% and mole ratio of Ce3+ and Y3+ was 8:2.The energy transfer process between Ce3+ and Y3+ ,and its impact on the photoelectric conversion efficiency of DSSCs was studied.The result shows that Ce3+ and Y3+ can broaden the spectrum absorption range of the optical anode and improve the photoelectric performance of the solar cells.
