农村老年贫困:一个分析框架及解释
Elderly Poverty in Rural China:An Analytical Framework and Theoretical Explanation
摘要
Abstract
The weakening of family support ability ,the underdevelopment of the elderly security system and the weakness of their own resource ac-quisition make the rural elderly easier to get into poverty. By constructing a rural elderly poverty analysis framework covering the interaction of e-conomic and social transformation ,social welfare stratification ,family structure change and individual heterogeneity ,this paper analyzed the prob-lems and causes of rural elderly poverty from multiple angles. In view of the collusion and interlocking of the occurrence of poverty ,the standards to identify rural elderly poverty should be set up from the dimension of economy ,health and psychology. The causes of elderly poverty in rural areas mainly include the decline of their physical functions and health status ,the decline of family endowment and the lack of the elderly security sys-tem,which showed obviously characteristics of regional,gender and age differences. Accordingly,it is considered that strengthening the basic re-sponsibility of family support ,improving the supply level of rural elderly social security ,improving the service system for the elderly in the commu-nity and innovating the way of poverty relief for the elderly are the key measures to solve the problem of rural elderly poverty.关键词
