Design of High Out-Band Rejection Current-Mode Nth-Order Filter Using Single CCCTA
摘要
Abstract
A novel current conveyor cascaded transconductance amplifier ( CCCTA ) was designed. Based on this active block,a high out-band rejection current mode nth-order multifunction filter was proposed. The filter with only one CCCTA and n grounded capacitors can simultaneously realize all the standard filter functions,namely high-pass (HP),low-pass(LP),band-pass(BP),band-stop(BS)and all-pass(AP). Moreover,the provided filter enjoys the features of simple circuit structure,low power supply,strong anti-interference ability and easy integration. PSPICE simulation and transient test results have been included to verify the theoretical analysis.关键词
