摘要

Abstract

In order to achieve the battery bulge detection, the battery bulge detection sensor adopts the pressure detection method. The sensor is closed to the surface of the battery being detected. It can realize 6 d/12 V battery bulge detection and 365 d×24 h real-time detection. The detection results are displayed on the host computer. The experimental results show that the battery bulge detection sensor can detect the slight bulge of battery with the accuracy of 98% compared with the existing manual detection mode. And it also can realize the real-time on-line detection. Therefore,the battery bulge detection sensor can promote the scientific use of batteries in various fields and extend the battery life.
