摘要

Abstract

Giant magnetostrictive actuator( GMA) is a kind of intelligent actuation component which has broad appli-cation foreground. A testing and controlling system is designed based on DSP for GMA, in order to make further research on properties of GMA and control experiments easier. On the hardware side,the upper computer and DSP are integrated together. Both open-loop testing and closed-loop controlling experiment for GMA can be conducted.On the software side, it is developed to monitor the process of experiments through a method based on the mixed programming of C++ and MATLAB, which is easy to maintain and expand. On the control strategy side, inverse model of GMA and single neuron PID algorithm are embedded into DSP,helping to improve precision of controlling. Indicated by the experimentation, the system could complete the testing and controlling experiments well, and it conduces to optimal design and verification of control strategy for GMA.
