摘要

Abstract

The effects of the interlayer on the white organic light-emitting diodes ( WOLEDs ) was studied by inserting the 2 nm TCTA and 2 nm TmPyPb interlayer into the interface between different emission layers respectively based on the structure of ITO/NPB/TCTA/Ir(MDQ)2(acac):TCTA/FIrpic:TmPyPb/Ir(ppy)3:TmPyPb/TmPyPb/LiF/Al. The results show that the distribution of ex-citon and energy transfer can be adjusted and influenced because of the existence of interlayer. The peak efficiency of the high quality WOLEDs with two interlayers is 22. 56 cd/A.
