摘要

Abstract

This paper designs a transient performance experimental device to simulate the actual work-ing pressure waveform of the engine. Different pressure waveforms are obtained through changing the flow cross-sectional area of the transient performance experimental device. The structure of the experi-mental device is designed and the shape of the device channel is mainly concerned. The outlet pressure waveform of the device is obtained with the method of simulation analysis. Experiment is carried out to test the designed device, and the experimental results show that the device can simulate the different exhaust pressure waveforms of the engine well. The work to the paper has some reference value for the turbocharger transient characteristic analyzing.
