炭黑颗粒填充橡胶复合材料界面脱粘数值分析
Numerical simulation on interface debonding of carbon black filled rubber composites
摘要
Abstract
Based on the bilinear cohesive force model, the interface debonding of carbon black filled rubber composites was simulated. Using interface elements based on cohesion force model to build interface phase, the effect of different carbon black particle shape, carbon black elastic modulus, carbon black volume fraction and maximum interfacial bond strength on interfacial debonding process was studied by numerical analysis. The simulation results show that the more smooth the surface of the particles, the smaller the elastic modulus, the larger the volume fraction of carbon black and the maxi-mum bond strength, the interface debonding phenomenon can be avoided prematurely.关键词
