神经内镜和显微镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术的疗效及安全性对比研究
Comparative Study of Efficacy and Safety between Endoscopic and Microscopic Transsphenoidal Endonasal Pitu-itary Adenoma Resection

Abstract
Objective To compare efficacy and safety between endoscopic and microscopic transsphenoidal en-donasal pituitary adenoma resection. Methods A total of 120 patients diagnosed as having pituitary tumor were divided into the endoscopic group and microscope group (n = 60 for each group) according to operative methods. In two groups, operative time, intraoperative volume of blood loss, condition of tumor total resection, hospitalization time, surgical effect and postoperative incidence rate of complications were compared. Results No patient had transferred craniotomy in two groups, and values of average operative time, intraoperative volume of blood loss and hospitalization time in endoscopic group were significantly lower than those in microscope group (P < 0. 05). Tumor total resection rate and excellent and good rate of operation in endoscopic group were higher than those in microscopic group, but the differences were not sta-tistically significant (P > 0. 05). Incidence rate of complication in endoscopic group was lower than that in microscope group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0. 05). Conclusion Endoscopic and microscopic transs-phenoidal endonasal pituitary adenoma resection may achieve similar effect, but endoscopic surgery may further reduce in-traoperative volume of blood loss, shorten operative and hospitalization times and decrease incidence rate of complica-tions.关键词
