氨甲环酸不同应用途径对全髋关节置换术后失血的疗效观察
Effects of Different Methods of Tranexamic Acid administration on Blood Loss of Patients after Total Hip Ar-throplasty

Abstract
Objective To investigate effects of different methods of Tranexamic Acid administration on blood loss of patients after total hip arthroplasty. Methods A total of 128 patients with total hip arthroplasty during August 2013 and August 2014 divided into control group, intravenous medication group, local medication group and combination medication group according to administration methods. Intraoperative and postoperative volumes of blood loss, postopera-tive conditions of blood transfusion and incidence rates of complications were compared in four groups. Results There were no significant differences in intraoperative volumes of blood loss among four groups (P > 0. 05). Postoperative vol-umes of dominant blood loss, hidden blood loss and total blood loss in intravenous, local and combination medication groups were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0. 05); postoperative volumes of dominant blood loss, hidden blood loss and total blood loss in combination medication group were significantly lower than those in intravenous and local medication groups (P < 0. 05). Number of patients with blood transfusion and average volume of blood transfu-sion in control group were significantly higher than those in other groups (P < 0. 05); average volume of blood transfusion in combination medication group was significantly lower than those in intravenous and local medication groups ( P <0. 05); there were no significant differences in number of patients with blood transfusion between combination medication group with intravenous and local medication groups (P > 0. 05). There were no significant differences in incidence rates of postoperative complications among four groups (P > 0. 05). Conclusion Intravenous medication of Tranexamic Acid combined with topical medication may significantly reduce volume of blood loss with good safety in patients after total hip arthroplasty.关键词
