Systematical Construction of Performance Appraisal in the "Three-Public Expenses" Governance
摘要
Abstract
The three public expenses are the funds spending on official overseas visits , official vehicles , and official hospi-tality.Keeping the citizen informed of the three public expenses affairs is attached to civil rights to know , participate, and supervise, and making the three public expenses under supervision is associated with government ' s incorruptness and effi-ciency.Along with the needs of solving practical problems , it's necessary to construct the three public expenses perform-ance appraisal system to strengthen supervise .Based on the analysis of the practical problems of the "three public" expen-ses supervision and the actual operation of the government , this paper constructs the performance evaluation system of the"three public" expenses , and designs the evaluation subject , the object , the content , the application of the results and so on, and expounds the present significance and the following direction of the performance evaluation system .关键词
