摘要
Abstract
The Yuan dynasty , the period of having the largest area in the history of China , was rich ideas in selecting the worthy and promoting the capable .This article , based on a large umber of historical facts , analyzed the ideas of selecting the worthy and promoting the capable from channels , examing, using, supervising and so on, and expounds the important practical significance of the ideas of selecting the worthy and promoting the capable for promoting construction of cadres and personnel in the present time .关键词
