Abstract
Citizenship is a concept of scene , the study of citizenship is still in the ascendant , and its core connotation-the state, the rights and obligations , the equality-has not changed from beginning to end .The three core concepts of citizen-ship are important elements in jurisprudence research .Correspondingly , the development of jurisprudence has been mapped to a long and complex history of citizenship .All kinds of identity jurisprudence are emerging .At the same time , three schools of law are beginning to fuse , the comprehensive jurisprudence failed to resolve the legal pluralism , So there are multiple forms of the jurisprudence .Letting a variety of academic theory exist , and seeking consensus on the basis of con-sultation to delineate the boundaries , it may be the appropriate way to respond the question of the multiple forms of the ju-risprudence .关键词
