摘要
Abstract
The effect of technology spillover carried by OFDI depended not only on the absorptive capacity of investors,but also on the competitive and cooperative relationship between the technology owners and investors. This paper studied the relationship between the technology owners and investors and analyzed the dynamic evolution behavior of OFDI carried out by Chinese enterprises by using the evolutionary game theory,and pointed out that the differences in steady state equilibrium strategies would cause different effect of OFDI reverse technology spillover;then,it also empirically tested the effect of China' s OFDI on manufacturing technology by using provincial panel data from 2003 to 2015 . The empirical results showed the following conclusions:OFDI significantly promoted the technological level of manufacturing industry in China,and the result is still valid after the robust test;the reverse technology spillover effect of OFDI had significant differences among regions,and its effect decreased from east to west.关键词
