考虑不完全权重信息的直觉模糊VIKOR方法研究
Intuitionistic VIKOR method considering incomplete weights
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the multiple attribute group decision-making problems with incomplete information of expert weights and attribute weights,this paper proposed a novel VIKOR method,it obtained and expressed the experts' decision-making information by the intuitionistic fuzzy numbers.It determined attribute weights based on maximizing nearness index,and determined expert weights by establishing an optimal model based on maximizing the degree of consensus between the individual and the group.It introduced a new intuitionistic fuzzy distance measure into the VIKOR to deal with the distance between two intuitionistic fuzzy numbers,and ranked the alternatives by the intuitionistic fuzzy VIKOR method.Finally,it presented a case study of evaluation of car design concepts to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.关键词
