Research Progress in Improvement of Wood Surface Properties by SiO 2 and TiO 2
摘要
Abstract
SiO2 and TiO2 , as the stable, nontoxic and harmless inorganic particles, can change the surface properties of wood materials. Wood surface directly affects the value of wood products, while the surface properties of natural wood materials are not good enough, and they need to be improved. SiO2 and TiO2 can not only improve the wettability, combustibility and weather?ability of wood surface, but also endow wood surface with superhydrophobicity, photocatalysis and other new features. The author reviews the obtained research achievements in the improvement of wood surface properties by SiO2 and TiO2 , and puts forward some suggestions for the future research emphasis and direction of this field.关键词
