摘要

Abstract

This paper introduces the naming, distribution, classification and structure of MADS-box transcription factors, summarizes the research progresses of MADS-box transcription factors in regulating the response of plants ( rice, maize, tomato, etc.) to abiotic stresses (drought, high salt, high temperature, low temperature, and so on) in recent years, and analyzes the phylogenetic tree of family members of MADS-box, hoping to provide references for the further identification of biological functions of MADS-box family transcription factors and the breeding of resistant plants.
