Abstract
Objective To explore effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium (LMWH) on coagulation function and D-dimer level in patients with deep vein thrombosis (DVT ) after cesarean section .Methods A total of 200 cases of cesarean section admitted in the Zhengzhou Central Hospital from September 2010 to June 2016 were enrolled in the study as research subjective and divided them into two groups randomly ,100 cases in each group .Both groups were provided routine treatment including physical sign monitoring and regular turn-ing over ,and the observation group was additionally provided LMWH subcutaneous injection .The thrombosis rate ,the coagulation function indexes ,the D-dimer level and the serum platelet count (PLT) before the opera-tion ,at 7 ,14 d after operation were recorded and compared in two groups .Results The incidence of thrombo-sis was lower in the observation group than that in the control group at postoperative 7 d ,but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0 .05) .The incidence rate of thrombosis in the observation group and the control group on postoperative 14 d were 2 .00％ and 9 .00％ respectively ,and the incidence of thrombosis in observation group was significant lower ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .On postopera-tive 7 and 14 d ,prothrombin time (PT) ,thromboplastin time (APTT) and thrombin time (TT) in the obser-vation group were significant higher than those in control group ,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant (P<0 .05) .On postoperative 7 d ,D-dimer levels and PLT counts in two groups were significant higher than those before operation ,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05) ,and in the observation group ,D-dimer levels and PLT counts on postoperative 7 d were significant lower than those on postoperative 14 d ,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05) ,but the difference was not statistically signif-icant compared with those before operation (P> 0 .05) .In the observation group ,D-dimer level and PLT counts on postoperative 7 and 14 d were significant lower than those in control group ,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .There were no adverse reactions such as hematoma and vaginal bleeding in the observation group .Conclusion LMWH therapy helps patients after cesarean section to have a better coag-ulation index ,reduce D-dimer level ,relieve PLT aggregation ,play a better anticoagulant effect and prevent thrombosis effectively and have less adverse reactions .关键词
