Abstract
Objective To study the root canal transportation of the mesiobuccal root of maxillary first mo-lars ,and provide reference for clinical and scientific research in stomatology .Methods A total of 50 maxillary first molars were collected .Through making transparent teeth ,the mesiobuccal root canal traffic was ob-served .The incidence of side root canal ,traffic branch ,loop and calcification segment were statistically ana-lyzed .Results A total of 45 of the 50 transparent teeth showed the root canal form .The site of occurrence and incidence of lateral root canal and traffic branch were as follows :(1)side root canal ,middle 1/3 accounting for 4 .4％ ,apical 1/3 accounting for 37 .8％ ,none at cervical 1/3 ;(2)intercanal traffic ,cervical 1/3 accounting for 4 .4％ ,middle 1/3 accounting for 20 .0％ ,apical 1/3 accounting for 8 .8％ ;(3)loop ,middle 1/3 and apical 1/3 accounting for 4 .4％ each ,none at cervical 1/3 ;(4)calcification segment ,no calcification was found in cervical , the incidence of calcification in the apical 1/3 was 13 .2％ .Conclusion The incidence of the maxillary first per-manent molar at 1/3 in the root tip was the highest in the mesiobuccal root canal .The intercanal traffic oc-curred mostly in 1/3 of the root ,followed by 1/3 of the root tip ,and individual root canal traffic was very complex and can form network traffic and loop .The calcified segment could occur at the 1/3 root canal of the apical .关键词
